In order to operate the Desalination we take into full account of the total dissolved waste combined with the total extracted solids in the intake of seawater, brackish, brine or blends of other industrialist/commercial water that may be included. The combinations of the water and total waste % or organics, blended chemicals, salinity, temperatures and many other variables will be studied to give a design plan from the processing aspects.
1st evaluation will just be a few people to see what specialist will be required after site and infrastructures are reviewed. In many cases will give your group written preliminary evaluations that will include many integrated solutions and or in some case help you realize local or lower cost solutions to accomplish the results you seek with modern technology solutions.
Primary Fuel Production Refinery (Waste must be processed and not dumped into the sea or landfills)
Once the preliminary site evaluation is done, within 10 -14 days will provide your group with a more detail operational plan to be reviewed.
This plan we give to you will be a technical evaluation of options for the desired results and goals requested. Depending on the working replies and works we will send a technical team and financial team for design modeling to the capacities required with staged operational results for operating within the 12 months from agreement and funding or bonds ect... are secured.
Building a Refinery of any type requires a great amount of detail planning including an integrated financial plan. The waste to energy is no different in that respect. The constituents to be processed need to have the volumes to be cost effective and the sales of the energy or fuels from the waste processed must have have a market.
Predicated from what we do know, in the larger cities, this is not a problem in general, just sometimes a political hurdle.
With WASTE TO ENERGY SOLUTIONS, Clean Energy to the City, State or Country grids should not be a problem.
Additional Advantage: A single clean energy refinery can be built at one desalination site or wastewater treatment facility and the fuels can be delivered to multiple locations for the production of clean energy. Smaller power generators of just 75 MWh each can be deployed to regional areas the power is required.
Minimum Power System is 75 MWh per processing area, we need the remainder of the electricity PPA in place for the additional energy produced. From the smallest waste to energy refinery the surplus fuels generated will allow the volume of fuels for six (6) times 75MWh production capacity.
If the waste volumes are higher then we need the right and market to sell or export the clean energy fuels.
Processing waste in not a low cost solution however when the volumes are higher it becomes cost effective and profitable
