We need "Project Site Investment" The "Site Investor" is two part; Part #1 is From 750,000 to $1,000,000 investment within the State of Florida and mos of the 48 USA contiguous States. This provides the initial site feasibility plans and general approvals. Part #2 is the Site Development Plan The land is purchased and upgraded with all the buildings and site improvements to receive and transmit 75 MW/h of clean energy to the grid. Equipment pads for the power plant with micro refinery, water input as well as fuel and water storage required for this specific site. Type #2 Investor is the Project Developer and they must qualify for the minimum of 78 Million USD and in general 100 Million USD and up. All of these type of projects are 48 to 60 month interest and principle shall be paid within that time-frame. These are solid integrated business models with production revenues. Waste to Energy and carbon free fuel production plants. Desalination plants and water bottling plants can also follow within these operational models. Ship Length "Pilot Project" 87 to 130 meters long, Model; INCAT, Modified with our waste to energy processing system with onboard fuel refinery. A ship of this type would have the fuel operational cost of about 1 -1.2 million dollars for the one way trip from Hobart Australia to Oregon USA. The ship after retrofit would have 100% of that fuel manufactured on board from the seawater and the maximum other oil lubricant and filters expense of about 55 thousand dollars ($55,000) for the return trip home. This fast freight/passenger ship with zero pollution. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Our upgraded model of the onboard refinery from handling Sewage and other liquid hazardous or toxic sludge will be incorporated. The ship may be built with fuel storage containers, tanks and bladders for the maximum ships capacity for daily fuel sales. This advanced design would produce approximately 4,000 Barrels of or Ultra Clean Fuels (UCF) per hour capacity in addition to the Ships requirements. Each day 95,000 Barrels (more than 4 million US gallons) per day. Wholesale fuel agreements with long term contracts will generate new markets to supply to as power generators and other uses are created. Our advanced 80 MW/h Jet Turbine generators use about 150,000 US Gallons per day. This scale of production capacity could supply 2 Gigawatt per hour. From the partner investor point of view Dedicated Revenue of $0.25 per US Gallon will become the investors payback. Four Million Gallon of fuel per day allows investor group repayment of up to US$ 1,000,000.00 Per production day. By generating fuel markets and new contracts of high volumes will allow us to place stationary systems 360 days per year production. Our ship systems would operate at just over 320 days per year. Investors dedicated ROI of $0.25/Gallon is $10.50/Barrel of fuel; at 320 days/y * 95,000 barrels = 30,400,000 barrels/year ate the wholesale markup of $10.50/barrel = $319,200,000 per operating year for fuel alone! Minimum term of investment for this project is 36 months however would like 48-60 months with interest only on the 13th month from day of funds conformation. In order to get the onboard refinery financed we must own the ship and have it fully insured for the processing equipment to be financed from our European equipment finance group. The ship itself will undergo about 12 months of retrofit and may take as long as 18 months to be up to 100% production volumes. We will take on fuel sale contract even as the ship is in retrofit with expected fuel sales within 12 months. We will include a second small fuel tanker to support the fuel production storage and deliveries. One or more onboard mobile units will be included for pumping systems and metering at delivery sites.

Investment model #1 would have the Maximum total commitment of 55 million dollars over the period of two years. ROI would be less than 48 months with the interest only payments of 8.75-11.25 % per annul agreement on the 12th month of funds received. From the combined solid waste and wastewater out Bio-Fuel refinery foe 150,000 GPD This company and site has already upgraded with a contract with the local town and county installing approximately 3.7 miles of sewage pipe to the city and almost 4 miles of potable water line to the project site and all is completed, tested and signed off from the city for operations. Existing Pipeline is already in operation and revenue generating for connection fees for 10 years are paid to company as an example any new house wishing to connect to the grid would pay us approximately $7,800 for the connection fee. Commercial business in the range of $25,000 to connect. The RV park with nearly 420 slabs with multiple type mobile, modular and same class living units renting space and connection in our park. What you see above with old technology processing, not ours! Time to wake up and smell the money & not the ash, dust, waste or air pollutants. News Flash Peat and Sewage sludge have about the same thermal heat value as unprocessed organic matter and is higher than that of Anthracite when brought to the same moisture content. Using molecular engineering of deconstruction and reconstruction process the energy content is higher because it was not under pressure and heat loosing it's organic value of 100 millions of heat processing. They are not good for boilers like the Anthracite and Bituminous coals are. We get paid to take raw sewage with treatment agreements and no charge for taking in green waste so they are the best financial models. We can be paid for Municipal solid waste that in mostly organic materials as well. The volume is what counts (High Volumes are cash Cows) Processing any and all organic waste that we get paid to take is a profitable however with diversified waste like MSW requires more advanced processing equipment than 100% organic materials. Molecular Refineries are high cost and are not real scalable for small processors. any area with 2,250 to 3,000 metric tons of waste per day to be processed can be profitable. We can convert all organics to bio-fuel cost effectively! $12.50 waste tipping fees per ton X 2500 TPD = only $31,250/day or nearly 11 million dollars per year. Now consider the energy value with our organic processors. With any type of water in the processing model like seawater the 2500 metric ton of organic waste will produce 65 gallons of bio-fuel and minimum of 65 gallons of our ultra clean fuels (UCF). Revenues on 130 gallons X 2,500 ton in one production year will be $188 to 250 million dollars per year in gross fuel sales. In addition to generating clean electricity of not less than 150 MW/hour X 365 d/y, with the revenue of $394,200,000 per year at $0.0125/KW/h gross net ROI for electricity alone. |
