2023 Mexico Overview
There in no good place to start in this story because the basic infrastructures of the majority of the country as a whole requires replacement with modern technologies. |
Mexico has more than 2,500 Sewage Treatment plants and the estimates for 2023 is that 91% of them are not operational.
I would suggest a solution for the country be built in a fully sustainable model using modular design. |
Using Modular Design we can implement a fully integrated infrastructure that is a sustainable cost effective solution!
#1. Each modular sewage treatment system is designed to process the base volume of 15,000 m3 per day. The carbon capture / Co2 and other gases will be removed.
#1a. Carbon Credit for Sewage Solids and Gases Captured and or destroyed would be about 75% of the dry weight of 480 Ton per day. The Carbon Credit would be 360 ton / day.
The annual dry weight would exceed 131,400 tons per year. |
We would suggest starting with existing wastewater facilities and update the connection pipes to receive sewage & wastewater
100% of the total wastewater content would be processed, all solids and dissolved solids would be molecularly removed. The remaining liquid would be structured for other use in system.
The mass and types of waste materials within the Sewage Systems help determine the energy levels by the constituents. Part of processed materials are deconstructed in the extraction process to generate hydrogen-oxygen fuels for Electricity system
|
#2. Additional modules are connected to the wastewater treated output for processing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). Pending the site feasibility study we can expect from 1,200 - 2500 tons/day as mixed garbage will be the processing capacity.
|
Pre-Processing systems for MSW are required in addition to an air processing system "GASS" that will control the smell and moisture content. Our processing stages of deconstruction to microparticles and molecular reconstruction making Feedstock.
